Jinei Udou

Jinei is a former member of the Shinsengumi, and killed only for pleasure. He killed anyone, even his own teammates. He uses a paralyzing attack called Shin no Ippo.

Gohei is a former student of the Kamiya Kasshin Ryu. Kaoru’s father kicked him out because he loved to kill. He broke his right thumb. He learned to use his left, and took the name Battousai, and killed with the Kamiya Kasshin. Kenshin breaks his other thumb. He later hires Zanza to fight him, and steals the Sakabatou.

Souzou Sagara

Souzou was the leader of the Sekihoutai. Sanosuke took his last name out of respect.

Tsubame Sanjio

Tsubame works at the Akabeko, and calls Yahiko “Yahiko-Chan”. She worked for Yakuza until Yahiko beat them.

Tae works at the Akabeko.

Tae Sekihara

Yutaro Tsukayama

Yutaro is very rich. He thinks money rules everything. He is used by Raijuta to gather swordsman to his mansion. His right arm was injured by the Izuna, and he moves to Germany.

Tsunan Tsukioka

He is a former Sekihoutai member like Sanosuke. Later he becomes a painter, bomb-maker, and writes an anti-government newspaper.

Kanryu Takeda

Kenryu is very rich. He started as a drug dealer, and moved on to illegal weapons such as gatling guns.

Raijuta Isurugi

Raijuta hates bokens and shinai. He believes kenjutsu should only be used for killing. He manipulates Yutaro into letting him use his mansion by becoming his sensei. In the manga, he kills the masters of dojos.

Akamatsu Arundo

Akamatsu is only used as a distraction by Saito to lure Kenshin away from the dojo. He uses chains, and gets Kenshin onto the ground, but it’s Kenshin’s plan to hear Saito’s.

Eiji Mishima

Eiji lives in a village conquered by Shishio. Senkaku kills his brother for being a spy, and his parents because he tries to run away.

Enishi Yukishiro

He is Tomoe’s brother. He is obsessed with her. He hated the idea of her getting married, but he was happy because she was happy. When she moved in with Kenshin, Enishi joined the conspiracy to kill him. After seeing his sister’s death he goes insane. He was adopted, and killed his foster family. His hair turns white, and he becomes a drug dealer. It’s said that he sold the Gatling gun to Kanryu and the Rengoku to Shishio. He comes back after Kenshin defeats Shishio, and kidnaps Kaoru for revenge.
